From July 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022, the company has repurchased 292,700 shares, representing 0.66% for ¥288.95 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 471,000 shares, representing 1.06% for ¥448.54 million under the buyback announced on May 12, 2022.
Bando Chemical Industries, Ltd. is a company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive parts, industrial materials and high performance elastomer products. The Company operates through three segments. Its Automotive Parts segment involves in the manufacture and sale of transmission belt products for automobiles and motorcycles.
