From January 1, 2024 to March 22, 2024, the company has repurchased 321,000 shares, representing 0.74% for ¥562.61 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 601,800 shares, representing 1.39% for ¥999.86 million under the buyback announced on November 9, 2023.
Bando Chemical Industries, Ltd. is a company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive parts, industrial materials and high performance elastomer products. The Company operates through three segments. Its Automotive Parts segment involves in the manufacture and sale of transmission belt products for automobiles and motorcycles.
