Bango announces that Darcy Antonellis, a veteran of the US media and technology industries, has joined its Board as a Non-Executive Director. Darcy Antonellis currently serves as operating advisor at ABS Capital. She has held senior leadership positions in a range of major US businesses including Warner Bros Entertainment Inc. as President of Technical Operations and Chief Technology Officer, CBS Inc. and as CEO of media and entertainment technology provider Vubiquity Inc. (acquired by Amdocs).

She serves on the Boards of Xperi Inc. and Cinemark Holdings Inc. During her career, Darcy has served in key roles during periods when world events have driven phases of rapid technology transformation. For CBS, she led operations and engineering in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait during the Gulf War, as well assuming leadership roles for the Network's coverage at successive Winter Olympic games. Darcy holds an MBA from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Temple University based in the US.

She has received three Emmy awards in the areas of technology innovation (Warner Bros platform development) and production (CBS Olympics coverage). She is an SMPTE Fellow and holds various patents in the areas of digital video distribution and sound manipulation.
