BEIJER REF AB Beijer Ref AB (publ) (OM:BEIJ B) signed an agreement to acquire 70% stake in Chillaire Solutions on January 2, 2024. Under the terms of agreement, Beijer Ref is acquiring 70% stake in Chillaire Solutions, with an option to acquire the remaining shares. Chillaire Solutions has annual sales of approximately SEK 120 million.
Post completion of the acquisition, Chillaire Solutions will maintain its existing management structure while working with Beijer Ref to further enhance and expand its operations.
