Hainan Haigang Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 5.1% stake in Beijing Highlander Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300065) from Shen Wanqiu and Wei Fajun for approximately CNY 260 million on September 2, 2021. As per the transaction, Hainan Haigang Group Co., Ltd. will acquire 28.73 million and 2.27 million shares from Shen Wanqiu and Wei Fajun respectively for CNY 8.35 per share. Hainan Haigang Group Co., Ltd. shall pay 20% of consideration within 5 working days from the date of agreement while remaining 80% payable within five working days after completion of transaction. Post completion, Shen Wanqiu and Wei Fajun will hold 1 and 10.4 million shares representing 1.6982% stake of Beijing Highlander Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
Beijing Highlander Digital Technology Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production, distribution and provision of services of maritime and marine electronic technology products and systems. The Companyâs main products include integrated navigation systems (INSs), radars, steering control systems (SCSs), electronic chart display and information systems (ECDISs), Gyro Compass (GYRO), voyage data recorders (VDRs), vessel manage systems (VMSs), global maritime distress and safety systems (GMDSSs), marine observation and exploration systems and related sensors and environmental monitoring instruments and systems, among others.
