How To Get Your Annual Meeting Credentials

• •You must be a Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder

• •Shareholders are entitled to a maximum of 4 meeting credentials

• •The 2018 Annual Report will be mailed to shareholders of record and beneficial-but-not-of-record shareholders beginning in mid-March. Included in the mailing will be the Proxy Statement. An order form for your meeting credentials will be attached to the Proxy Statement. Fill out and return the order form to order meeting credentials.

The meeting credentials are required for entry to not only the annual meeting and other related events, but also to receive shareholder discount pricing

Will Call

If you do not receive your credentials by mail or forget to bring them with you, please bringproof of ownershipandphoto identificationto the Will Call area in the lobby of the CHI Health Center. Any questions or problems you may have regarding the weekend and/or your meeting credentials can be handled at the Will Call area.

Please Note: Proof of ownership and photo identification are required before credentials will be issued.

Brooks Running is proud to host the 7thannual Invest in Yourself 5K. The race will be held at 8:00am on Sunday, May 5th in downtown Omaha, near the CHI Health Center. All participants will receive an official finisher's medal and Brooks participant tee.
