Bilia AB Announces Jack Forsgren Decline for Re-Election; Proposes Dividend, Payable on April 24, 2020 and October 23, 2020

Bilia AB (publ) announced that at its AGM to be held on 17 April 2020, the nomination committee notes that Jack Forsgren has declined re-election.
The board of directors proposed a dividend to the shareholders of SEK 5.25 (4.75) per share, divided into two payment occasions. At the first payment occasion SEK 2.75 will be paid with record date on April 21 2020, and at the second payment occasion SEK 2.50 will be paid with record date on October 20 2020. Should the AGM decide in favour of the proposal, payment of the dividend is expected to be made by Euroclear Sweden AB on April 24, 2020, for the first payment and on October 23, 2020, for the second payment.
Bilia AB is a Sweden-based company active in the automotive industry. Bilia is one of Europeâs full-service suppliers, for everything related to car ownership, with a position within service and sales of cars, transport vehicles and trucks. It is engaged in the sales and servicing of passenger cars and transport vehicles, as well as in the provision of related services. The Companyâs operations are divided into three business areas. The Service business area includes workshop services, spare parts and accessories. The Service Business is the main contributor to profit with approximately 60 percent of operational earnings. The Car business area includes sales of new and used cars and customer financing. The Fuel business area includes sales of fuels in Sweden. Bilia has about 160 facilities in Sweden, Norway, Luxembourg and Belgium. In addition, Bilia has an auction site in Sweden. The Company sells cars made by Volvo, BMW, Ford, Renault, Hyundai, Mini, Dacia and Toyota.
