BP p.l.c. (LSE:BP.) agreed to acquire remaining unknown majority stake in Thorntons Inc from ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC on July 13, 2021. Transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. Deal is expected to close no later than the fourth quarter of 2021.
