Brandshield Systems PLC - London-based cybersecurity solutions provider - Pretax loss in 2022 widens 16% to USD7.3 million from USD6.3 million the year before. Revenue rises 55% to USD6.4 million from USD4.1 million. Annual recurring revenue also rises, by 61% to USD8.4 million from USD5.2 million. However, cost of sales increase 58% to USD2.9 million from USD1.9 million, while other expenses widen 23% to USD10.4 million from USD8.5 million. The company says this was driven by solid business momentum, including multiple customer wins across a diverse range of sectors.

"Looking ahead, Brandshield remains confident in meeting expectations for the full year 2023 and in the company's future growth prospects."
