Brandshield Systems asks for waiver of takeover code rule

Brandshield Systems PLC - London-based cybersecurity solutions provider - Proposes fundraise of up to GBP2.7 million via issuing 47.1 million shares, and a fundraise of GBP2.2 million in an open offer of up to 38.7 million shares, at 5.68 pence per share. Further, aims for cancellation of shares from AIM and a waiver under rule 9 of the takeover code. General meeting regarding the issues will be on October 13.

Current stock price: 3.35 pence, closed 26% lower on Wednesday in London
