on February 15, 2023,Bright Mountain Media, Inc. announced Todd Speyer provided the Company's Board of Directors a letter of resignation as a director of the Company, effective March 31, 2023. Mr. Todd Speyer will continue to serve as the Company's Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations.
