Bright Mountain Media, Inc. announced that it accepted the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Edward Cabanas on July 26, 2022, effective August 15. 2022 and appointed Miriam Martinez as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Martinez, age 66, served as the Chief Financial Officer of Emergent Capital, Inc. since September 2010.
Ms. Martinez received a BS in Public Accounting from Pace University and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
