British American Tobacco p.l.c. Approves Appointment of Luc Jobin as Chairman of the Nominations Committee and His Resignation from the Audit Committee

British American Tobacco p.l.c. announced that with effect from conclusion of the 2021 Annual General Meeting held on April 28, 2021, Luc Jobin was appointed Chairman of the Nominations Committee, and stepped down from the Audit Committee.
