WM Argyle Fund Nominates Candidates for Election to the Board of Directors of Broadwind Inc

On January 18, 2023, WM Argyle Fund announced that it has nominated 6 qualified, independent candidates; Jay Douglas Armburger, Ryan Bogenschneider, Kenneth H. Bergman, Christine M. Candela, Kristina A. Harrington, and James M. Robinson IV, for election to Broadwind, Inc's Board of Directors at the 2023 annual meeting of stockholders. In addition, WM Argyle issued a letter and launched a site to house stockholder resources: www.BWEN2023.com. In addition, WM Argyle Fund stated that it intends to file a preliminary proxy statement and accompanying its universal proxy card with the Securities and Exchange Commission to be used to solicit votes for the election of its slate of qualified director nominees at the Company's 2023 annual meeting.
