Information sheet regarding webcast for the annual general meeting

Cadeler A/S (the "Company") will hold the annual general meeting on 23 April 2024 with the possibility of attending in person. However, the Company will also make a live webcast of the annual general meeting available to the shareholders of the Company requesting access hereto. To the extent shareholders so request, the webcast will make it possible for shareholders to follow the annual general meeting and ask questions in connection with this.

It will not be possible to formally attend and vote via the webcast. It is encouraged that votes instead be cast in advance of the annual general meeting by proxy or by postal vote. Reference is made to the notice convening the annual general meeting for more information in this regard. The notice is available on the Company's website:https://www.cadeler.com/investor.

To access the webcast, the shareholder must observe the following:

• 1. Submit a written request via email [e-mail] later than Friday, 19 April 2024 at 23:59 (CEST)

  Shareholders, including holders of American Depositary Shares, who wish to participate in the webcast must submit a written request via email [e-mail]. The Company kindly ask that you identify yourself as shareholder of the Company in the email.

• 2. Participation in the webcast

  After submitting the written request, any shareholders, including holders of American Depositary Shares, entitled to participate in the annual general meeting will receive an invitation for the webcast via email.

Personal data

The Company processes personal information about its shareholders as part of the administration of the Company's register of shareholders and other communications. The following information is processed: Name, address, contact information, shareholding and participation in events. Furthermore, the annual general meeting may be transmitted by webcast.
