ArtSpark Holdings Inc. announced a private placement of 1,813,500 shares at an issue price of ¥883 per share for gross proceeds of ¥1,601,320,500 on April 11, 2022. The company is raising funding through third party allotment method. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors.
The transaction is expected to close on April 28, 2022.
