CELSYS, Inc. (TSE:3663) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3,000,000 shares, representing 8.58% for ¥1,500 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and implement a flexible capital policy that responds to the business environment.
The program will expire on November 30, 2023. As of March 31, 2023, the company had 34,947,540 shares (excluding treasury stock) in issue and 1,323,640 shares in treasury.
