ArtSpark Holdings Inc. (TSE:3663) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,600,000 shares, representing 4.44% for ¥1,000 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency and implement a flexible capital policy that responds to the business environment.
The program will expire on October 31, 2022. As of June 30, 2022, the company had 36,034,832 shares (excluding treasury stock) in issue and 235,148 shares in treasury.
