The Company acquired four land located at Dashulin Sec. Taoyuan Dist.
Taoyuan City from non-related party in February 2021, the total acquisition
cost of land is about NT$225 million. Now, the Company plans to build Taoyuan
Processing Plant on the aforesaid land, and the estimated investment amount
of the construction work and equipment is about NT$402 million.
Total estimated investment amount of the development project is about
NT$627 million.
