Chatwork Co.,Ltd. reported non-consolidated earnings results for the six months Ended June 30, 2021. For the period, the company reported revenue of JPY 1,423 million against JPY 1,154 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 119 million against profit of JPY 225 million a year ago. Loss was JPY 120 million against profit of JPY 227 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was JPY 3.26 against earnings of JPY 6.22 a year ago.
Chatwork is a Japan-based company engaged in the provision of business communication tools developed in-house and sales agent of security software. The Company operates in two segments. The Chatwork segment is mainly engaged in the development and provision of business chat tool Chatwork. It is also engaged in the provision of advertising service and various services using Chatwork as a service platform. The Security Segment is engaged in the purchases and sales of security software. The Companyâs sales site uses web advertisement and affiliate programs to attract customers and sell software.
