Cheng Uei Precision Industry Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 17,185.15 million compared to TWD 21,883.42 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 763.03 million compared to TWD 500.8 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.6 compared to TWD 1.03 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.6 compared to TWD 1.03 a year ago.

Cheng Uei Precision Industry Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sales of connectors. The Company's primary products include cable connectors, which are applied in universal serial bus (USB) connecting wires, connecting wires for game devices, digital cameras, mobile phones and data cables; communication connectors, which are applied in mobile phones, network peripheral devices, game consoles and other consumer electronics; battery modules, which are applied in mobile phones, notebook computers and other portable electronics; power management modules, as well as memory models. The Company is also involved in the retail business. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets.
