(the "Company" or "China Merchants Bank") received the Approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission on amendments to the articles of association of China Merchants Bank (Yin Bao Jian Fu [2019] No. 941) recently, by which the Articles of Association of China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (Amended in 2019) was approved.
