For instance, in hospitals and other large facilities, MazeMap with Cisco DNA Spaces and tracking tags allows staff to find equipment quickly. Need a wheelchair? Access MazeMap on the facility's network, pull up the map, and search for 'wheelchairs' to locate the one closest to you.
With DNA Spaces, MazeMap also allows decision-makers to see where people are located in a physical space. Doing so can help control overcrowding and ensure organizations meet capacity or distancing protocols. In addition, the data available from the integrated solution allows analysis of user trends. For example, large groups accessing a building's lobby or cafeteria might show that the spaces should be redesigned or reconfigured. Also, if this happens at key times of day, it could indicate the need to stagger arrival and departure times.
