Cgs Technology (Poland) Sp. Z O.O. announced a private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of ?16,000,000 on March 12, 2024. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Compal Electronics, Inc. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
