AcLeap Power Inc. announced that it has received a private placement of 37,414,000 common shares at a price of TWD 38.80 per share for the gross proceeds of TWD 1,451,681,000 on June 19, 2023. The transaction included participation from returning investor, Panpal Technology Corporation and new investors, Compal Electronics, Inc. for aggregate common shares of 200,000,000 and Kinpo Electronics, Inc. The transaction has been approved by the board of director of the company.
