ConvaTec Group PLC Announces Resignation of Regina Benjamin as Non-Executive Director and from its Remuneration and Nomination Committees

ConvaTec Group PLC announced that Dr. Regina Benjamin, Non-Executive Director, has decided not to seek re-election at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will step down from the Board at the close of the AGM on 12 May 2022. Regina will step down from ConvaTec's Remuneration and Nomination committees on the same date.
