Cosa Resources Corp. is a Canadian uranium exploration company operating in northern Saskatchewan. Its portfolio comprises of 209,000 ha across multiple projects in the Athabasca Basin region, all of which are underexplored, and the majority reside within or adjacent to established uranium corridors. Its properties include Ursa, Astro, Helios, Orion, Orbit, Charcoal, Castor, Aurora, and Cosmos. Aurora Project comprises seven contiguous claims totaling approximately 16,896 ha, which cover 17 kilometers (km) of the Athabasca Basin’s southeastern rim. The Property is located 16 km east of the Key Lake Mill and former Key Lake Mine. The Ursa Property is located 45 km west of the McArthur River uranium mine and covers over 57,000 ha. The Astro property is located over 28 km west of the McArthur River Mine, 17 km west of the Fox Lake Deposit, and 13 km north of the Millennium Deposit. The Cosmo Uranium Property consists of 12 contiguous mineral dispositions totaling over 9,300 hectares.
