CREEK & RIVER Co., Ltd. (TSE:4763) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 250,000 shares, representing 1.1% of its total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares, for a total of ¥500 million. The purpose of repurchase program is to implement a flexible capital policy that responds to changes in the business environment.
The repurchase program is valid till February 28, 2023. As of October 27, 2022, the company has 22,711,205 shares outstanding excluding treasury shares and has 297,795 shares in treasury.
