2. Reason
DAISHINKU CORP. considers the return of profit to our shareholders as one of our management's top priorities. By taking our financial standing, profitability, and dividend-payout ratio into consideration, the Company would like to implement the distribution. The Company decided to pay ordinary dividend of 3.00 yen per share, decrease by 1.00 yen per share from its original dividend of 4.00 yen. Consequently, Company pay a dividend of 5.00 yen per share, added Memorial dividend of 2.00 yen per share, as the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ended March
31, 2014.
