Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault (GIMD) has declared to the AMF that on March 12 it crossed below the threshold of two-thirds of the capital of Dassault Aviation, as a result of a reduction in the number of treasury shares held by the aircraft manufacturer.

The declarant, a company controlled by the Dassault family, said it held 52,204,364 Dassault Aviation shares representing 104,165,124 voting rights, or 66.12% of the company's capital and 79.47% of its voting rights.
