On April 26, 2021, Delek US Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that Institutional Shareholder Services ("ISS") and Glass Lewis & Co. ("Glass Lewis") both recommend that the Company's shareholders vote "FOR" ALL of the Company's director nominees on the WHITE proxy card in connection with the Company's 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is scheduled to take place on May 6, 2021.
