Kenichi Aoyanagi agreed to acquire 67.5% stake in PT Klik Eat Indonesia from Yume no Machi Souzou Iinkai Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:2484) on September 13, 2018. A contract is expected to be concluded on September 14, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, 0.03 million shares will be acquired. Upon completion, Yume no Machi Souzou Iinkai Co., Ltd.’s stake in PT Klik Eat Indonesia will decrease from 75.5% to 8%. As of December 31, 2017, PT Klik Eat Indonesia reported net assets of ¥16.6 million and total assets of ¥24.5 million. During the year ended December 31, 2017, Klik Eat Indonesia reported sales of ¥16.7 million and net loss of ¥7.6 million. The Board of Directors of Yume no Machi Souzou Iinkai Co., Ltd. passed a resolution on the transaction on September 13, 2018. The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2018.
