Dimet Public Company Limited Appoints Nadith Rodpetch as Independent Director, Member of the Audit Committee, and Chairman of the Audit Committee

Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited held the Board Meeting No.7/2023 on 19 June 2023 has passed the resolution to appoint Mr. Nadith Rodpetch to be Independent Director, a member of the Audit Committee, and Chairman of the Audit Committee in place of Mr. Watchara Achakornlak. The aforementioned appointment is effective on 19 June 2023 until the remaining term of the previous director. Members of the Audit Committee are as follows: Mr. Nadith Rodpetch - Chairman; Pol.Gen.
