Dimet (Siam) Public Company Limited would like to inform that Mr. Watchara Achakornlak, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, notified the Company of his intention to resign as a director of the Company due to his other business engagement. His resignation has been effective since 15 June 2023.
