Dometic Group AB (publ) announced that at its AGM held on April 11, 2024, the annual shareholders' meeting resolved on a dividend to the shareholders of SEK 1.90 per share. It was further resolved that the record date for the dividend should be April 15, 2024, which means that the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB on April 18, 2024.
Dometic Group AB publ is a Sweden-based company that manufactures and supplies mobile leisure products for recreational vehicles, such as motorhomes and caravans, and marine, commercial and passenger vehicles.
