Dream Finders Homes, Inc. (NYSE:DFH) acquired core homebuilding assets of Crescent Ventures, LLC on February 2, 2024. Dream Finders Homes funded the transaction with cash on hand and borrowings under its existing senior unsecured revolving credit facility. Simultaneously with the acquisition closing, Dream Finders Homes paid off Crescent?s vertical lines of credit associated with the assets acquired.
