Ruch S.A. acquired 28.14% stake in e-Kiosk S.A. (WSE:EKS) from Presspublica SP Z.O.O. on September 1, 2014. Ruch S.A. acquired 5.09 million common shares of e-Kiosk S.A. In exchange, e-Kiosk's main shareholder took over all shares in the e-shop Nexto.pl.

Ruch S.A. completed the acquisition of 28.14% stake in e-Kiosk S.A. (WSE:EKS) from Presspublica SP Z.O.O. on September 1, 2014.
