Eckoh Chair Christopher Humphrey joins RM board

RM PLC - Abingdon, England-based supplier of technology and services to the education sector - Hires Christopher Humphrey as a non-executive director, effective immediately. Humphrey is currently chair of Hemel Hempstead, England-based secure payment solutions provider Eckoh PLC and has been since September 2017. He served as senior independent director of Videndum PLC from 2013 to 2022, and as senior independent director and audit chair at Aveva Group PLC from 2016 to 2023.

RM Chair Helen Stevenson says: "I am looking forward to welcoming Chris to RM. His extensive experience, and proven track record across a wide range of businesses will strengthen and complement our wider board."

RM current stock price: 83.84 pence, down 1.8% on Friday

The Companyâs products include CallGuard, Payment IVR, Self-Service IVR, Secure Chat, ChatGuard, Digital Payments, DataGuard, Secure Payments, Dual Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) masking and Visual IVR. CallGuard reduces fraud risk, protects the customer's card data, and helps the business become Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant. Payment IVR enables customers to make payments over the phone. Secure Chat provides a way for its customers to interact with a real person while they browse their Website. ChatGuard enables in-chat payments. DataGuard protects its customers by preventing their personal data from entering their organization.
