Endesa has reached an agreement with Housell, the leading real estate services and proptech company, to offer advantages to its customers so that they may save on their electricity bill.

This partnership aims to offer buyers and sellers who close a deal in the proptech(a company that applies information technology and the new economy to the real estate sector) the option to pay less on their electricity bill against a climate of high price volatility in the regulated market. With the current promotion, customers can benefit from 1 free month of electricity use forever and up to 2 months of free usefor the first year by adding another product. They can also enjoy an extra 10% discount on their energy charges during the first year.

The agreement comes in a climate of energy crisis and high inflation, the reason why Housell continues to increase its complementary services and benefited by entering into agreements with partners across the real estate chain, such as Endesa. And the partnership allows the energy company to reach a new segment of customers: buyers and sellers of real estate, who are offered the deregulated tariff, where the company undertakes to improve the regulated market price of electricity for the last 12 months and guarantees the same price for each kilowatt/hour for 24 hours a day.

For Enrique Montoro, from Endesa's Real Estate Channel, "having a partner like Housell introduce new clients is key, since proptechs are currently attracting a large part of the customers in the real estate market".
