Nanjing Jishe Network Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 155 million in an equity round of funding through capital increase from retuning investor Everyday Network Co.,Ltd. to retain 100% stake in the company on September 30, 2022. The transaction has been approved at fourth meeting of the fifth session of the Board of Directors. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of company will be increased from CNY 5 million to CNY 160 million.
Everyday Network Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the provision of network information services of real estate and home furnishing industries. The Company mainly provides real estate online to offline (O2O),home furnishing O2O, community O2O, and Internet financing services, as well as research and consulting services, among others. The Company offers its services through its network marketing service platform (http://www.house365.com), covering Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Kunshan, Hefei, Wuhu, Hangzhou, Xi'an, Shenyang, Chongqing and other cities, China.
