At the Annual General Meeting on 20 June 2023, BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft was appointed as auditor for the annual financial statements 2023, as auditor for the consolidated financial statements and as auditor for the review of interim financial reports for the year 2024. BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft has audited the annual and consolidated financial statements of Evotec SE since the 2021 financial year; the responsible auditor since the 2023 financial year has been Silvia Sartori/Julia Wirth, who were newly appointed as successors to Dr Jens Freiberg.
