On April 11, 2022, Exela Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its decision to cancel its special meeting of stockholders that was scheduled for May 3, 2022 and to withdraw from consideration by the stockholders of the Company the proposals set forth in the Company's Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 4, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
