ZongTai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 33.177 million compared to TWD 2,930.104 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 32.365 million compared to operating Income of TWD 485.433 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 27.153 million compared to net income of TWD 472.831 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.13 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 2.26 a year ago. Diluted loss per share was TWD 0.13 compared to diluted earnings per share of TWD 2.25 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 1,641.113 million compared to TWD 3,128.653 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 260.965 million compared to TWD 442.251 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 214.593 million compared to TWD 428.748 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.03 compared to TWD 2.05 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.02 compared to TWD 2.04 a year ago.
