ZongTai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2022

ZongTai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 2,082.48 million compared to TWD 25.18 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 334.88 million compared to net loss of TWD 40.67 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.58 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.19 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.58 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.19 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was TWD 2,102.11 million compared to TWD 3,593.21 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 284.29 million compared to TWD 721.96 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.34 compared to TWD 3.43 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1.34 compared to TWD 3.41 a year ago.
