Fu Hua Innovation Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 3,834.46 million compared to TWD 22.67 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,128.33 million compared to net loss of TWD 38.75 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.4184 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.1277 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.4043 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.1277 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 5,936.57 million compared to TWD 3,615.88 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,412.62 million compared to TWD 683.21 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.5674 compared to TWD 2.2979 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 4.5532 compared to TWD 2.2837 a year ago.

The Companyâs main business is to entrust construction companies to build residential buildings and commercial buildings for lease or sale, and to operate domestic and foreign civil engineering and water conservancy projects. The Company is mainly engaged in the leasing of residences, shops and shopping malls. The Company conducts land development and sales with Taichung City as its main market.
