ZongTai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 56.098 million compared to TWD 153.397 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 17.034 million compared to TWD 4.794 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 8.393 million compared to TWD 8.705 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.04 compared to TWD 0.04 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 1,607.936 million compared to TWD 198.549 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 293.330 million compared to operating loss of TWD 43.182 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 241.746 million compared to net loss of TWD 44.083 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.16 compared to basic loss per share of TWD 0.21 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.15 compared to diluted loss per share of TWD 0.21 a year ago.
