Ge Xiangjun and Yang Jinjun signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire Weifang Ouxin Electric Co., Ltd. from Gettop Acoustic Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002655) for CNY 26 million on October 22, 2018. For the year ending December 31, 2017, Weifang Ouxin Electric Co., Ltd. reported revenues of CNY 22.6 million, operating loss of CNY 3.4 million and net loss of CNY 3.4 million. As of December 31, 2017, Weifang Ouxin Electric Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 15.3 million and net assets of CNY 8.9 million. As on October 22, 2018, the 8th meeting of the 4th directorate of Gettop Acoustic Co., Ltd. approved the deal.
