Pursuant to article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse and article 228 of the Consolidated Text of the Securities Market Act approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, and related provisions, and in accordance also with Circular 3/2020 of the BME Growth Segment of BME MTF Equity (the "BME Growth" segment) on disclosures required of companies admitted to trading in the BME Growth segment of BME MTF Equity, the following notice discloses price-sensitive information to the market in relation to Gigas Hosting, S.A. ("Gigas", the or the "Company") regarding changes in the Company's significant shareholdings.

Under the framework of the Company's new strategic focus (see price sensitive information disclosures "Strategy and Corporate Transactions" of 16 October 2020 and "Signing of Binding Agreement to acquire ONI, a Telecommunications Operator in Portugal" of 8 November 2020) and the capital increases that will be submitted for approval by Gigas shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 17 November at first call (see Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 16 October 2020) and given the benefit for this new strategic approach of adding to Gigas experience in the telecommunications sector, yesterday a number of shareholders and members of the Company's Board of Directors sold part of their stakes to Key Wolf S., a company controlled by José Eulalio Poza Sanz, former Manager and CEO of MasMovil Ibercom, former vice-chairman of MasMovil and vice-chairman of Guuk Telecom. With the purchase, Key Wolf S.L. becomes a leading shareholder of Gigas. It will soon take a seat on the Board of Directors and play an important role in Gigas' new future as a convergent telecommunications and cloud services operator specialised in enterprises.

Attached hereto are the notifications presented yesterday, 10 November 2020, to the Spanish National Securities Exchange Commission (CNMV), disclosing all the sales of Company shares carried out by members of the Board of Directors to provide entry by Key Wolf S.L. into the Company's shareholder body. All the transactions were carried out at a price of EUR 6.25 share, exactly the same price at which the proposed monetary capital increases submitted to the Extraordinary General Meeting will be executed. The directors selling shares originally invested in the Company in 2011, over nine years ago. This marks the Company's first liquidity event and is aimed at diversifying its equity. In any event, the directors will retain a significant portion of their previous ownership interests.

In addition to yesterday's transactions, certain professional investors have made an irrevocable market purchase order of up to a maximum amount of EUR 3 million at a price of EUR 6.25 per share to allow any other shareholders to sell their shares under the same terms and conditions.

OTHER SIGNIFICANT INFORMATION

This order shall remain valid until 17 November 2020, when the aforementioned capital increases will be submitted for approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. Should this order reach the full amount, it would imply the purchase of 11.1% of all issued shares.
