GMO internet group, Inc. (TSE:9449) agreed to acquire an unknown minority stake in Flatt Security Co., Ltd. from Koki Ide for ¥1.3 billion on February 13, 2024. As of April 30, 2023, Flatt Security Co., Ltd. reported Net assets of ¥71 million, total assets of ¥180 million, revenues of ¥280 million, Operating income of -¥12 million, and Net income of -¥12 million. The deal is expected to be completed on February 29, 2024.
