Golden Haven Memorial Park, Inc. at the special meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 29, 2016, Ms. Frances Rosalie T. Coloma and Ms. Cynthia S. Delfin were elected as members of the Board of Directors of the company, replacing Mr. Michael G. Regino and Ms. Rosario H. Javier, respectively. Ms. Coloma has been a Director of Starmalls, Inc. from 2011 to 2015. CYNTHIA S. DELFIN currently is the Head of the Business Development Group of Towns & Villas, Inc.
